Security in a Web 2.0 World
The Web is rapidly evolving and becoming more dynamic with interactive Web 2.0 applications. But it is also increasingly being used to launch a staggering variety of attacks. Malicious Web sites abound, and malware and crimeware are being embedded in innocent third-party sites. Phishing continues to evolve with more sophisticated and targeted attacks. Browser and operating system exploits are being used more frequently, including zero-day exploits used for spyware, crimeware, phishing, and keylogger installations.

In this presentation we will explore examples of new threats and attacks specific to a Web 2.0 world, and look at the latest ways to protect your essential information.

The Healthy Office
The Changing Office Environment – Going Green
The office environment has changed dramatically over the last decade. The advent and advancement of technology, the environmental and green investment in workspace and social interaction within an office environment have increased dramatically. The workspace footprint has become smaller and more-flexible, the advancement in the internet and intranet technology has allowed the work environment to become varied.  Gone are single closed-in offices. The future of the office environment has entered a new era. We will be discussing what changes that are happening within the office culture, discussing ergonomics, “Task Air” screens (clean air to your own space) and the ability to function within the possible 10 hour day expectation.

We'll show you how virtualisation is able to slash the costs of your IT infrastructure, better enable disaster recovery,  while streamlining the management of IT environments and delivering better service levels to your business.  These benefits apply whether you have 3 people or 300.

Cost Effective – Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Have you ever wondered what would happen if a power outage caused the main computer running your business to fail how your business would cope.  What about if someone were to steal one of your desktop computers or laptops is there information that could never be restored?  How long could your business survive without access to accounting files, email or word processing?  This session describes how you can simplify your IT computing environment, improve the service whilst also reducing operational costs.
